About CCSHRM

CCSHRM is a non-profit, professional association comprised of over 100 members representing 39 employers from Lee, Moore, Harnett and Chatham counties. We seek to promote excellence and professionalism, provide avenues for information sharing and maximize the strategic involvement of Human Resources in organizations.

Our chapter has existed for over 30 years and has been affiliated with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for the past 20 years. We are proud of our history and the original visionaries that lead to the formation of our chapter. With the same forward vision as our predecessors, the current leadership team strives to grow and enhance our chapter, its membership and their experiences.
