I've been a member of a local SHRM in another city and SHRM National for years. I joined CCSHRM when I moved in to the area as a way of networking with local HR professionals. I'm a Sanford native and moved back in 1999 after being gone for 25 years. I volunteered for a Board position as a way of not only giving back to the community but to also increase my leadership skills.
