Bobby Russell has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Bobby joined Biolex, Inc. from Nortel Networks, in Research Triangle Park, NC, where he served as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Global Logistic organization of Nortel Networks. He was the Global single point of contact for the Logistics organization for all Human Resource activity. Prior to Nortel Networks, he was the Executive Human Resource Assistant for Burlington Industries where he was responsible for directing all aspects of the Human Resource activity for the Sportswear and Klopman Fabrics Divisions.

Bobby received his BS in Business Administration from Charlotte University. Bobby has served as Co Director of Programs of CCSHRM in 2003 was a past president.

Susan G. Alexander has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Susan joined Wyeth Biotech after serving in leadership roles with Ericsson, Cirrus Logic, and Nortel Networks. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has a MBA degree from Meredith College, BA Economics degree and BS Business Management degree from NC State University.

Edith Edmond
Edith Edmond is the manager of the Sanford and Siler City Employment Security Commission offices. Started work with ESC in 1984 and has worked in all major program areas. Graduate of Fayetteville State University with degree in Biology and Chemistry. Vietnam Era Veteran, who served in the US Army from 1974-1977 at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research conducting Medical Research-specializing in incurable diseases. Married 32 years to husband, John Edmond. They have 1 daughter and 3 adorable grandchildren.
